In the year 2015, the Indian real estate sector underwent regulatory changes that included easing of FDI laws and the Cabinet approving the much awaited Real Estate Bill. Though there are mixed reactions from industry leaders, we see it as a positive move for the stagnant real estate market. The past two years reveal that the Real Estate market has been adjusting to new trends in terms of aligning supply with relevant demand. New launches have declined across cities and this trend highlights the fact that developers are focusing more on completing their stalled projects and clearing their unsold inventory.

Increased Demand for ready-to-move in projects and increased focus on unsold inventory and stalled projects will set the contours for the Real Estate market outlook in 2016.

With a returning real estate market, it is imperative for both solution providers and project holders to capitalize on the benefits of a platform like ours. Be it finding the right suppliers to bring your projects in on time, or catering to the right projects, the right decision always requires careful planning and extensive market research.     • Residential: min 100 / 150 units
    • Commercial: at least 10, 000 sq ft for each project
    • This category of awards recognizes the business leaders who have pioneered innovative business processes, creative solutions and technologies to achieve outstanding success in India. Key selection criteria include:
    • Demonstration of tenacity and perseverance in innovation and making a difference under adverse conditions
    • Identifying gaps in the Indian Real Estate market and capitalizing on the opportunities
    • Strong commercial performance and financial results
      • Please note:
